Services
Cleary Millwork / Wholesale Doors’ state-of-the-art prefinishing process, Fortress Coating Systems, offers a superior paint, stair or clear finish on doors, mouldings and stair parts. A controlled factory setting provides consistency with expert staff members that pay attention to the finest details delivering perfection in the finish process. Painted and stained doors utilize Sherwin Williams industrial paint with UV inhibitors to retain the color of prefinished doors. The end user will save on time and labor by not having to find a painter.
Cleary / Wholesale Doors have two state-of-the-art finishing lines.
- Automated finishing line focused on providing clear and stained finishes for commercial flush doors utilizing some of the most sophisticated robotic and automated coating equipment available.
- Automated SuperFici spray line for priming and painting millwork and doors. This area includes a spray room / clean room, an infrared curing system and prep area.
Custom Capabilities
We’re more than just a distributor. We manufacture some of the finest millwork in the Northeast. Our custom capabilities are far superior to any other New England supplier in preassembled stairs and stairparts, custom windows and doors, commercial hollow metal and contract hardware. Our prehanging and shop capabilities allow us to “customize” stock products with options that our customers want.
Delivery Services
Cleary’s fleet of trucks make deliveries to our customers throughout New England, Eastern NY, Long Island, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We pride ourselves on “on time and in full deliveries”.
Advanced Shipping Notification
Sign up for ASN’s. The ASN is sent via email the moment our truck departs our facility each morning. In the ASN, you’ll be able to view the delivery ETA at your branch, all of your PO’s on the truck and a detailed view of backordered material, if any.

Marketing Support
- With an in-house Marketing Dept, Cleary’s team will help customize advertising and marketing materials to help our dealers promote the products that you purchase from Cleary.
- We’ll assess your showroom and provide you with professional looking displays that help sell the products you carry. There’s no “canned” approach – everything is custom to the dealer.
- We participate in dealer shows and events throughout the year to support our customers.
Do you have an account with Cleary? If you sign up for our Dealer Portal you will have access to marketing materials and services, catalog requests, online price books and more.
Training
At Cleary Millwork our goal is to provide you with the products, services, training, and support to enable you to successfully establish your company as a competitive source for custom millwork, commodity millwork items and commercial products.
Training is customized to our dealer’s needs. Our Cleary Reps and technical staff will conduct one on one training or large groups. Let our expert staff help your sales staff learn more about millwork and commercial products.
AIA/CES Credits
Cleary Millwork is a registered AIA/CES passport provider (provider #40107222 North Atlantic Corp.) In partnership with our suppliers, we can offer architects over a dozen courses to help broaden the necessary knowledge while earning continuing education credits.
Conducted by Cleary’s Architectural Reps, these programs are offered in the convenience of the firm’s office, on site at our training room
in Somerset, MA. or virtual.
